• Tiny rust-coloured marks or black dots on the sheet and along the seams.
• Red, itchy bites in a line or a small group, on skin that was uncovered at night.

  A targeted treatment on the mattress, bed frame and nearby furniture, which keeps working for up to 3 months. It suits one or two rooms and takes about 2 to 4 hours per room. The second visit gets the bugs that hatch later.

  Heat plus chemical work with more follow-up visits. For several rooms there is also a package with furniture steam cleaning. The technician tells you which one fits after the inspection.

Getting the room ready

• Take off all bedding, wash it at 60°C or more, and keep it in sealed plastic bags until the job is done.
• Pull the bed and other furniture away from the wall. Open up the bed frame if you can.
• Move clothes, personal things and electronics out of the room, as the technician tells you.
• Do not carry things to another room before the visit, or you will take the bugs with them.
